Hairy crab – also known as the Chinese mitten crab – is one of the most prized delicacies in Chinese Jiangnan cuisine, most notably in Shanghai and Jiangsu province. 
It is only in season during the 9^th and 10^th month of lunar calendar.
This Autumn, the Chinese Banks’ Association is presenting exquisite and authentic Hairy Crab Set menu created by our chef especially for our members.
All dishes are made using fresh, wholesome and premium ingredients.
